How much does a custom porch enclosure cost?

The cost of a porch enclosure depends on size, materials, number of stories, but a range is $12,000 - $17,000.

Do I need a roof over the existing porch?

What is the minimum and maximum size porch you can work with?

We do any size porch.

Who does the measurements for my porch install?

We use a laser system to measure the entire porch, which is extremely accurate.

Do you offer financing?

We realize that some clients want to finance and in the near future, we plan to add financing.

How is payment made?

We ask for an initial deposit and collect the final payment when the project is complete based on client approval

Can I change my order after it is placed?

Yes, as long as your job isn't in production. If the order is in production, there will typically be a charge for any changes

Is there a warranty?

We warranty our custom porch enclosures as follows:

1 year Warranty on Workmanship

What colors are available?

We have a variety of colors for the frame, screens, windows, and doors. We don't put the color palette on our site, as the colors can show up differently on a phone or computer. So, we are happy to schedule a time to stop by and make sure our color selections match your home.

What is the production/delivery time on my custom porch enclosure?

These are the steps to complete your porch enclosure.

Day 1: We come out to measure your porch

Day 2: We prepare your porch for installation by fabricating the existing area. At this point, we order the materials. It takes 3–4 weeks for materials to arrive for installation

Day 3: Installation will take one day
